Aucasaurus
A medium sized abelisaur from the late cretaceous of South America. Very similar to Carnotaurus but with no 'horns'. Around 13-15 feet long, and found at the bottom of an ancient lake. Some skin impressions were found around the pelvis area, but I can't find any pictures on it online (I did find a picture of dinosaur skin, but no named along with it.)
Best,
Brett

You have an unlimited amount of talent.
ReplyDeleteAre his arms smaller than usual or is that just the perspective?
ReplyDeleteAnonymous,
ReplyDeleteThanks! But trust me, I do have limits... just ask any comic fan;)
Mark,
Part of that is perspective, but they did have little arms, the forearm bones have basically been reduced to glorified wrist bones:)

Brett
You mispelled Carnotaurus.
ReplyDeleteDinoFactors,
ReplyDeleteYou will quickly learn that I can not spell. No need to point it out as you will have to comment on just about every post. Plus the spell check on Blogger is pretty bad, the dinosaurs are always underlined for spelling so I will miss the errors because I usually skip over them.
Best,
Brett
